Rotary Strong! — Did you know that Toastmasters International and Rotary International, two long-standing organizations, have been strategically working together for almost seven years? Through this unique alliance, Rotarians/Rotaractors and Toastmasters can expend their membership opportunities to build meaningful relationships while they collaborate on activities and service projects, growing together both personally and professionally. Learn more about the Toastmasters/Rotary Alliance and discover how your club can leverage the strengths of the many similarities and complementary differences.
Check Your Club Status — Ensure your club remains in good standing by reviewing your status on the Daily Reports—April Dues Renewal Status page. Select your club’s District and confirm your club is listed as Verified Complete. If dues are still outstanding, it’s not too late to submit payment through Club Central and member Self-Pay. Payments for the next renewal period are also being accepted. Refer to the Club Status Guide to understand how your status affects eligibility in Toastmasters. If you notice a discrepancy or have questions, contact the Club Quality and Member Support Team at membership@toastmasters.org or +1 720-439-5050.
Take Part in the Live Convention Club Meeting! — This is your chance to be part of the live club meeting experience on the 2026 International Convention stage in Vancouver! This event is designed to fully showcase the Toastmasters club experience in a high-energy environment, offering you the opportunity to participate in two ways: apply to be a club meeting experience speaker or apply to take on a club meeting experience role.

Increase Membership for the Distinguished Club Program — The last day to add members for the 2025–2026 program year is June 30. To be eligible for recognition in the Distinguished Club Program, your club must achieve at least five goals throughout the program year and have either 20 members or a net growth of at least five new, dual, or reinstating members. If your club wants to add those extra members, try hosting an open house or demo meeting or conducting a Speechcraft event.
Time for Club Officer Elections! — If your club's officers take over on July 1, find information about the election process and Club Leadership Committee procedure in the Club Leadership Handbook and the Club Election Videos. After the election, your Club Secretary should submit the revised officer list in Club Central by June 30 to receive Distinguished Club Program credit.
