Morag Mathieson, DTM, of Moehrendorf, Germany, is a self-employed professional development consultant and chair of the Board of the child sponsorship charity Living Water Germany e.V.
A Toastmaster since 2006, Mathieson is a member of her home club, Erlangen Toastmasters in Erlangen, Bavaria. She has held a number of high-profile leadership positions within Toastmasters.

Aletta Rochat, DTM, of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, is a professional speaker, trainer, and author. She owns Voicing Your Potential, a company she founded in 2010. She coaches clients on executive presence and communication skills.
A Toastmaster since 2008, Rochat is a member of her home club, Cape Town Toastmasters Club in Cape Town. She has held several high-profile leadership positions within Toastmasters.

Roy Ganga, DTM Past International Director
Roy Ganga, DTM, of Milton, Georgia, is the founder and president of Energize Your Voice, where he coaches and motivates individuals and teams to realize their full potential. He is a recipient of iHealth Technologies leadership award and Aetna’s excellence award for exceptional leadership.
A Toastmaster since 2001, Ganga’s home club is Rising Phoenix Toastmasters in Marietta. He has held a number of high-profile leadership positions within Toastmasters.
