Smedley Fund History on Wheels Tour
August 20, 12:30-3 p.m. $65 USD
Step aboard a 90-minute historical experience as you tour Philadelphia’s iconic landmarks combined with a special tribute to the Ralph C. Smedley Memorial Fund®. This double-decker bus tour offers a unique opportunity to discover both local history and the legacy of the memorial fund. The ticket price includes a donation to the Smedley Fund, round-trip transportation , and a fully guided tour from the comfort of your seat.

Toastmasters Lunches
August 21, 22, 23 $175 USD
Save time** and connect with other Toastmasters on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during this optional luncheon package. Review the daily menus during the registration process. The ticket price includes lunch for three days. Individual tickets are not available.
**Restaurants and quick-service options are limited on-property and you may experience extended wait times during the high-volume lunch period.
Smedley Fund Sunrise Serenity Stretch
August 23, 6-7 a.m. $40 USD
Wake up to the peaceful and rejuvenating experience of you and your peers being led through gentle stretches and mindful breathing to set a positive tone for the rest of the day! This group session is designed to awaken the body and mind of all fitness levels. You will receive a commemorative t-shirt, and 100% of your donation will go to the Ralph C. Smedley Memorial Fund®.

President’s Celebration (Dinner and Dancing)

Be a part of a memorable evening as we welcome incoming International President Aletta Rochat. Ten reserved VIP tables near the dance floor are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Choose a table (10 seats per table) during registration.
Note: No onsite registration is available due to the meal-selection process.
Cancellation requests for in-person and online convention registration must be submitted no later than July 16, 2025, at 11:59 pm Mountain Daylight Time/Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) -6. Cancellations will not be accepted after this date. All in-person cancellations will be subject to a $25 USD administrative fee.
